Having more generals is always desirable because it means you will have more options to choose from, which can significantly boost your chance of winning a battle. You can summon new general at the Summoning Hall. If you get a general that you already have, then you will get general shard instead, which can be used to upgrade their Star Level. You can also buy general shards from the shop, and once you’ve collected enough, the general is summoned.
